Billing & plans

How does the 7-day trial work?

You add a card when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Settings → Billing shows exactly how many days are left and the date your card will be charged. Cancel from the billing portal before then and you pay nothing.

How do I upgrade to Growth?

Settings → Billing has a one-click "Upgrade to Growth" button. It applies instantly — Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice, and if you're still in your trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends. Growth unlocks 3 brand profiles and the priority render queue.

How do I update my card or cancel?

Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can change your payment method, switch plans, download invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What does BYOK mean, exactly?

Bring your own keys. AI generation is compute-heavy, and we'd rather not mark it up. You connect your own Anthropic key for script writing and your own WaveSpeed AI key for video renders — each provider bills you directly. Video typically runs $3–7 per finished ad on WaveSpeed depending on length and style. We never mark it up or touch it. For contrast: a single UGC creator video typically runs $150–500. Our flat fee covers the product: brand profiles, the script-and-render pipeline, and hosting your finished ads.

So what does my subscription actually pay for?

The workflow around generation: scraping your site into a brand profile, orchestrating script writing and the multi-step render (presenter, b-roll, captions, music, end card), and a dashboard to manage everything. You bring your own Anthropic and WaveSpeed keys — we never fund or mark up AI usage.

Creating ads

How long does one ad take?

Scripts arrive in about 20 seconds. A finished render typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on WaveSpeed queue times — every clip is generated, quality-checked, and assembled into three formats. Queue several and check back; we email you when each one is ready.

What do the ads look like?

Vertical 9:16 video built for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts: an AI presenter delivering your script (UGC selfie, podcast, or lifestyle style — or voiceover-only), word-level captions, product b-roll, background music, and a branded CTA end card with your colors and logo.

What formats do I get?

Every render outputs 9:16 (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), 4:5 (feed), and 1:1 (square) versions of the same ad. Switch between them and download each from the ad page.

The AI voice mispronounces my brand name. Can I fix that?

Yes — Settings → Ad generation → Phonetic spellings. Add the word as written and how it should sound (e.g. "Hyaluronic" → "hye-uh-LON-ic"). The voice uses your phonetic version; captions keep the correct spelling.

Can I test different openings of the same ad?

Yes. On any finished ad, use "Make variations" to generate up to 3 alternates that re-shoot only the opening hook and reuse the rest of the footage — fast and cheap to render, ideal for testing hooks inside one ad set.

Is it really unlimited?

Unlimited on our side — we don't meter, cap, or throttle the number of ads you create. In practice your throughput is bounded by two things we don't control: WaveSpeed's render capacity (queue times vary) and your own WaveSpeed spend, since each finished video costs you $3–7 on your key. Make fifty ads a week. That's the name.

Troubleshooting

My render is stuck or failed. What should I check?

First, check your WaveSpeed balance — renders fail when the account backing your key runs out of credit. Second, confirm both keys show "valid" in Settings → API keys. Renders normally take 30–45 minutes; WaveSpeed queue times can stretch that during peak hours. The render page warns you if a job stops reporting progress and offers a one-click restart. If it fails repeatedly, email us with the ad's link and we'll dig in.

My API key shows as invalid.

Re-paste it in Settings → API keys — a common cause is a truncated copy or an expired/revoked key. Anthropic keys start with "sk-ant-", WaveSpeed keys come from the API Keys page of your WaveSpeed dashboard. We validate keys live when you save them.

The ad says something off-brand or non-compliant.

Add banned words in Settings → Ad generation to keep specific claims out of every script, set a default disclaimer there, and edit any script line-by-line in the wizard before rendering. Per-ad disclaimers (including the AI disclosure) are configurable in the wizard's disclaimer step.
